Art in the Park - Rondebosch

And so it happened - my first Art in the Park. What to expect? After all the worrying and planning it turned out the be a lovely day - wind and all. Luckily you can do a lot with cable ties, duct tape and rope.

I am thankful that on my first Art in the Park I sold one of my favourite paintings - Soaking up the sun, Greenmarket Square . Now I have a good memory of this day and glad that it was this one.

As always I had my biggest supporter with me. My husband is just one of those people who can talk about anything to everyone and calms my nerves. He also helped me built a structure to hang my paintings on and I must say that it withstand the wind quite well.

A big thank you to all my friends who came to say hello and to everyone who visited my stall. I met some really great people and hope to see everyone again.
